Meet The Chef

After to moving to Charleston, WV in 1992 I played my first gig at the empty glass the very night I moved here and fell in love with the energy of the city. The following 28 years I spent working in managing or owning nearly every bar in downtown Charleston.

I've used the cooking skills I started honing as a child in my grandmother's kitchen to develop an upscale casual style of cuisine that resonates perfectly with the city I call home. I plan to continue to bring fresh and innovative cuisine to the Charleston area for as long as I am able.
